All services are subject to availability, verification, and service-area limitations.
3. Booking & Payment
Service bookings can be made through phone, WhatsApp, website form, or in person.

Payment must be made in full and on time, as per the agreed service plan.
Advance payments (if applicable) are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

4. Caregiver / Nurse Allocation

Staff cannot be hired directly without informing Seva Healthcare.

5. Patient Responsibilities

Ensure a safe and hygienic environment for the caregiver or nurse
Not force the caregiver/nurse to perform tasks outside their job role
6. Caregiver/Nurse Limitations
Our staff cannot perform the following:
Medical procedures they are not certified for
Handling cash, property, or valuables
Lifting extremely heavy objects
Performing deep cleaning or housekeeping beyond basic cleanliness
Staying alone with violent or unsafe patients
Their safety is equally important.

Seva Healthcare is not liable for any unforeseeable medical emergencies, complications, or outcomes beyond our control.
We do not guarantee recovery or improvement of health conditions.

8. Replacement & Termination
If a caregiver/nurse is not suitable, a replacement may be arranged.

Staff is mistreated
Payment terms are violated

9. Refunds & Cancellations
