3. Booking & Payment
  • Service bookings can be made through phone, WhatsApp, website form, or in person.

  • Lifting extremely heavy objects

  • Performing deep cleaning or housekeeping beyond basic cleanliness

  • Staying alone with violent or unsafe patients

Their safety is equally important.

9. Refunds & Cancellations
