— Registered Staff Male/Female Only

Nursing Duties. Staffed to Clinical Grade.

12-hour and 24-hour duty formats staffed exclusively by verified registered nurses. Shift credentials are documented, handovers are written, and continuity across multi-day engagements is built into the roster by default.

12-Hour Staff Duty

/ Two Formats

Day or night shift. One registered nurse per shift with a documented clinical handover at every rotation. Suited to patients requiring supervised recovery, medication management, or post-surgical observation.

24-Hour Staff Duty

Both formats are staffed by registered nurses holding valid clinical credentials — not care assistants, not agency generalists. The clinical grade is the same regardless of shift length.

Round-the-clock nursing presence managed as a two-nurse roster. Continuous clinical monitoring, nighttime response, and a written morning summary delivered to the family each day.

Every Shift Ends with a Written Briefing

Incoming nurses receive a documented clinical summary — vitals log, medication record, observed changes — before assuming care. A verbal update alone is not our standard.

For multi-week engagements, the same nurse roster is maintained by default. The patient is not introduced to a new face at each rotation.
